In addition to his German qualification as Rechtsanwalt, Mr Markus Ludwig is admitted as an Irish Solicitor in the Republic of Ireland and holds a current practicing certificate issued by the Law Society of Ireland. The supervisory body in Ireland is: The Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7. Ms Laura Keogh is a member of the Rechtsanwaltskammer München and also admitted in the Rebublic of Ireland to practise as an Irish Barrister. The supervisory body for barristers in Ireland is: The Honourable Society of the King’s Inns, Henrietta St, Dublin 1.

The geographical scope of the insurance covers activities in the Member States of the European Union. It satisfies or exceeds the minimum requirements of section 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act [Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung – BRAO].
