Mr Ludwig set up his own law firm on 1 July 2011 as a sole practitioner and since January 2018 this has expanded into a new company MHL-Law Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH with Mr Ludwig as director. Mr Ludwig is currently a practicing lawyer \/ specialist tax lawyer in Germany as well as an Irish solicitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Markus was born in Munich in 1971. He grew up in Bavaria but spent happy summers during his childhood in Co Kerry, Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Markus graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in 1995 with a degree in law. In 1998 Markus joined the tax firm Leinauer & M\u00fcller to build up the legal department of the firm. From 2001 to June 2011 Markus was a partner at LM LEINAUER M\u00dcLLER LUDWIG & PARTNER practicing predominantly in the areas of tax, corporate and IT law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Markus holds a specialisation in tax law since 2001 (\u201cFachanwalt f. Steuerrecht\u201d). In 2008 Markus was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland. In 2010 Markus was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practicing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
