MHL-Law<\/strong> was set up as a sole-practitioners office in 2011 by Markus Hans Ludwig. MHL-Law<\/strong> quickly grew, leading to the establishment of MHL-Law<\/strong> as a Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH on 1 January 2018 with Markus Hans Ludwig as director<\/a>. The MHL-Law<\/strong> team includes lawyers, tax consultants and tax assistants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, members of our team are qualified to practice both in German and Irish law. As such, we have very strong ties with Ireland \u2013 helping Irish businesses in Germany and helping German businesses in Ireland, and aiding private individuals with German-Irish issues. We are a small but very international firm, facilitating clients around the world to do business in Germany and Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the beginning we understood that legal and tax advice are inextricably linked. Drawing on the expertise we have acquired over many years we use legal and tax advice as instruments to support the business success of our clients. Our areas of practice range from tax law, to employment law, to data protection law \u2013 thus, with our team we will be able to help you with your tax and legal needs. We help our international client base with all they need to set up and carry out business in Germany.
